TECHNICAL PHYSICS A - L

Academic Year 2023/2024 - Teacher: FRANCESCO NOCERA

Expected Learning Outcomes

The main purpose of the course is to introduce the topics necessary for understanding the phenomena that determine the energy-environmental performance of the built environment and the resulting connections with architectural design. The topics necessary for understanding the interaction between external environment -  building - internal environment are discussed and the implications for an energy-conscious design are highlighted. The course introduces the elements for the choice of systems and plant components mainly related to summer and winter air conditioning with hints of lighting and acoustics
