Expected Learning Outcomes

 To elaborate a Plan for Urban Ecological and Social-Economic Revitalization 

Course Structure

The course is structured in frontal teory lessons and esercitation.

Lab evaluation is based on:

  • 25% group works to be evaluated for each deadline; works have to be complete and have to meet high quality standards (practical assessment)
  • 25% active participation during class work; it will be assessed based on the contribute of each student to collective work in class (in itinere assessment);
  • 50% final discussion

Required Prerequisites

Required: PIANIFICAZIONE URBANISTICA E TERRITORIALE E LABORATORIO DI SISTEMI INFORMATIVI GEOGRAFICI PER LA PIANIFICAZIONE Recommended: DIRITTO URBANISTICO Geografia e Sociologia Urbana Economia ed Estimo Ambientale.

Attendance of Lessons

Necessary. If necessary, due to Covid-19, lessons could be online and other changes in the organization may occur.

Learning Assessment Procedures

The exam is integrated between theory and lab. TU: 70% Laboratory: 30% TU's evaluation will be assessed as it follows. 30%: exercises related with planning standards and dimensions of PUG, 70%: theory discussion
