Learning Objectives

  • ELEMENTS OF LAW

    The course aims to offer a general orientation in the world of law, with specific reference to those sectors that may most closely affect the figure of the engineer. In fact, once the fundamental principles of law have been illustrated, attention will be paid in particular to the foundations of administrative law, whose knowledge is essential in order to provide students with both the main references for future professional discussions with the Public Administration, and the basic knowledge necessary for a conscious approach to the module relating to public procurement legislation.

  • PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW

    The course aims to provide students with basic notions of public procurement law through theoretical and practical examination and study of the main themes of Public Contracts Code (d.lgs. n. 50/2016), such as objective and subjective field of application, participation requirements and procurement procedures.
