Basic knowledge on pollution of solid, liquid and gaseous matrices and engineering solutions.
The issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) addressed along the course are: the sustainable management of natural water and wastewater and technologies for water treatment and reuse (SDGs 6 and 14); air and soil pollution and its mitigation and remediation (SDGs 3 and 15); waste management aiming at prevention, recycling and recovery (SDGs 11 and 12).
