Detailed Course Content

  • Technical Architecture I - A-L

    1. General overview.

    2. Building materials: wood, stone materials, ceramic materials, concrete, steel, aluminum, glass, floorings, thermal insulators, etc.

    3. The composition of the construction equipment.

    3.1.External vertical closures.

    3.2.Horizontal closures.

    3.3.The internal vertical partitions.

    3.4. Vertical communication elements.

    EXERCISES: students in working groups, consisting of a maximum of 4 components, will be assigned the elaboration of an architectural project of residential building on a lot.

    REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS: project plan (scale 1: 500), plants at various levels (scale 1: 100), prospects and sections (scale 1: 100), foundation plan (scale 1: 100), carpentry (scale 1: 100), horizontal and vertical construction sections (scale 1:10), details (scale 1: 5), etc.

    COLLATERAL ACTIVITIES: Various seminars and educational visits are provided within the course.
