Expected Learning Outcomes

Expected learning results:

- Understand the fundamental principles of production systems and sustainable manufacturing.

- Know traditional and innovative production technologies with particular attention to sustainability aspects.

- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase the sustainability of production systems.

- Select algorithms and process parameters that minimize the generation of scraps and waste.

The acquired skills are applicable in the field of industry and sustainable development, in accordance with goals 9 and 12 of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
